Badger latrine found close to an active badger sett in the scarp face with distinctive spread of chalk spoil and flint. Well-worn pathways of compressed soil and vegetation.

IMPORTANT DATES

Although within the Wildlife and Countryside Act (WCA) no dates are legally stated between which hedges cannot be trimmed, cut, laid or coppiced, the main bird breeding season is recognised as being between 1 March and 31 August. The risk of committing any offences is increased between these dates.
